The platform is designed to display certain business, directory, and marketplace information publicly. Information you submit for a public company profile, marketplace listing, wanted request, service offer, or public business listing may be visible to visitors, search engines, other users, and third party indexing tools.

Public information may include company names, categories, cities, provinces or states, country, descriptions, images, logos, marketplace listing details, prices, seller contact information where revealed, and similar business-related content.

Do not submit personal information, confidential information, trade secrets, sensitive documents, private addresses, or information you do not want made public unless the form clearly indicates it will remain private.

Safeguards may include access controls, password hashing, secure hosting practices, logging, monitoring, captcha, moderation, and other technical and organizational measures.

No website, database, network, email system, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using strong passwords, keeping login details confidential, and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

12. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operating the platform, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, satisfying legal obligations, and protecting platform integrity.

Public business listings, directory records, marketplace listings, inquiries, logs, moderation records, and account records may be retained even after a user edits, deletes, closes, or stops using an account, where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, operational, security, recordkeeping, or legitimate business reasons.

MfgWave is a North America-focused platform. Information may be stored, processed, or accessed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws where you live.
